About the Role
You will serve as a key driver of client success in talent acquisition, working in close collaboration with our Account Management team to fulfill critical tech hiring mandates. This role is a high-impact blend of relationship management, strategic sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment execution.
I. Client Partnership & Strategy
- Launch and Onboard: Lead the smooth onboarding of new clients, demonstrating the platform and proprietary processes to their Recruitment and Engineering leadership teams.
- Strategic Needs Assessment: Deeply understand the client’s technical landscape, culture, hiring needs, and detailed interview processes to define precise candidate profiles.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively solicit and synthesize client feedback throughout the process to enhance candidate quality and optimize our delivery strategy.
II. Candidate Sourcing & Vetting
- Elite Sourcing: Strategically source and pipeline highly relevant technical talent tailored to the client’s specific requirements.
- Expert Screening: Conduct thorough initial screens to assess candidate interest, technical alignment, and cultural fit before submitting a curated shortlist to the client.
III. Full-Cycle Execution
- Pipeline Management: Own the end-to-end candidate experience and manage the interview lifecycle from client shortlisting through final offer negotiation.
- Offer to Close: Drive successful offer acceptance, coordinate final paperwork, and ensure seamless candidate transition through their start date.
Location: Bangalore (Indiranagar) office. This is a work from office job.
