Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring for retail, business, operations, customer support, finance, marketing, and design roles.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines through job postings and recruitment databases such as Naukri Resdex and Job Hai.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Screen applications, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and handle offer negotiations and closures.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring trackers with accurate updates.
- Recommend improvements in sourcing channels, job descriptions, and hiring processes.
