Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and databases
Conduct cold calls to engage and screen candidates for open roles
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
Build a strong pipeline for both IT and Non-IT positions
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in cold calling and candidate interaction
Good interpersonal and persuasion skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred but not mandatory)
Immediate joiners preferred
