• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across marketing, creative, operations, and business functions.
• Proactively source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and niche communities.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and coordination.

Support in building and maintaining talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.

• Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
• Maintain and update candidate data in ATS or tracking sheets.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
