Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for working with TA Team and Hiring Managers to document requirements of job openings, partnering with other departments to determine appropriate sourcing activities, as well as identify department specific requirements; utilizing various job boards, networking sites etc., to identify high-quality talent whose skills, qualifications, and personality best fit the needs of the department; generating and maintaining a network of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates; and documenting the candidate evaluation and interview process.
Requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently; receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position.
