Talent Acquisition Specialist (APAC) Full Time

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract top talent through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future demands.
• Screen, assess, and evaluate candidates for both technical expertise and cultural fitment.
• Design and implement assessment methods to effectively evaluate candidate competencies.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on market trends and candidate availability
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Manage offer processes including salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements..
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
• Prepare reports for leadership on recruitment progress and outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters, sharing best practices and techniques.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience in domestic, regional, and global hiring environments.
• Strong exposure to hiring across diverse technologies and domains.
• Should have exposure to AI tools for efficient sourcing and screening.
• Solid understanding of recruitment metrics, analytics, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple roles, priorities, and high-volume hiring in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
