Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including creating job descriptions, sourcing suitable candidates, and posting vacancies across various job portals and online platforms.
- Screen and evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates whose qualifications, skills, and experience align with the organization’s hiring requirements.
- Conduct candidate calling and preliminary telephonic interviews to assess suitability, explain job roles and responsibilities, and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews efficiently, ensuring a smooth, organized, and timely hiring process.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate records, interview feedback, and hiring trackers while supporting onboarding activities and HR documentation.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of Google Sheets for maintaining recruitment data, trackers, and reports effectively.
