Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase – IV, Gurugram

About the Role:

This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of content creators. You will be responsible for ensuring creators perform consistently, build strong personal brands, and successfully execute brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a set of creators as the primary point of contact for all communication and coordination.
2.  Develop and guide creators on content strategy, positioning, and audience growth.
3. Identify relevant brand collaboration opportunities aligned with each creator’s profile.
4. Coordinate and manage end-to-end execution of campaigns, including timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
5.  Monitor creator performance using key metrics such as engagement, reach, and growth trends.
6. Provide actionable feedback to improve content quality and performance.
7. Ensure creators maintain professionalism, consistency, and adherence to brand requirements.
8. Build long-term relationships with creators to ensure retention and growth on the platform.
9. Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. 1-4 years of prior experience.
2. Strong understanding of the content creator and influencer ecosystem.
3. Experience in managing creators, campaigns, or social media accounts.
4. Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
5. Ability to multitask and manage multiple creators simultaneously.
6. Understanding of content performance metrics and audience behavior.
7. Organised, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
