Role Overview

The Talent Manager will be responsible for developing and executing talent strategies to attract, develop, engage, and retain top IT talent. This role partners closely with business leaders to align talent initiatives with organizational goals and ensure a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring plans
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Developers, DevOps, QA, etc.)
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles
• Collaborate with recruitment teams and external vendors

2. Talent Development & Engagement

• Design and implement learning & development programs
• Identify skill gaps and create upskilling/reskilling initiatives
• Drive employee engagement programs and retention strategies
• Lead career development and succession planning initiatives

3. Performance Management

• Manage performance review cycles (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews)
• Work with managers to improve team performance and productivity
• Implement performance improvement plans where required

4. HR Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze key talent metrics (attrition, hiring, engagement)
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership for decision-making
• Maintain dashboards and reports for talent KPIs
  

Required Skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-4 years of experience in Talent Management / HRBP / Recruitment (IT industry preferred)

Experience

• Experience in fast-paced IT/Tech environments
• Exposure to global hiring or working with international teams
• Familiarity with ATS, HRMS, and performance management tools
