Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and job portals
- Coordinate with candidates
- Maintain candidate pipeline and database
- Support recruitment delivery team
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing
- Ability to identify and screen candidate profiles
- Interest in recruitment and staffing industry
- Willingness to work in night shift
