Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talents Manager specializing in Influencer Marketing at Dreabee. As a Talents Manager, your responsibilities will include identifying, recruiting, and managing influencer relationships, negotiating contracts, and planning and implementing influencer marketing campaigns. You will serve as the main point of contact for influencers, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with client objectives. In addition, the role involves analyzing campaign performance metrics and providing strategic insights to optimize future marketing initiatives.
Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for influencer relationship management, communication, and contract coordination.
• Knowledge of Influencer Marketing trends, social media platforms, campaign strategies, and best practices, particularly in digital and social media marketing.
• Analytical skills to interpret performance metrics, evaluate campaign success, and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with project management, organization, and multitasking to oversee multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously.
• Proficiency in influencer identification tools and familiarity with digital marketing analytics platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Adaptability and creative problem-solving to navigate dynamic situations in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or public relations is highly advantageous.
