We are seeking a Tax Administration Coordinator to join the Tax practice in our Mumbai office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

• Maintaining Client document: You will be responsible for maintaining/downloading appropriate client documents from client portal and preparing checklist of client documents.
• Preparing Missing information: Analyzing missing information and preparing missing information documents.
• Maintaining Estimates and balance tax payment information for client and maintaining records.

• Analyzing and capturing various US Tax forms for different types of Tax return compliance: You will be responsible for the reviewing standard forms captured by third party tax software and capturing missed information for tax compliances.
• Following are different standard forms: W2, 1099s, 1098, K-1s and Footnotes.
• Support in the different processes – E-filling Tax return, Preparation of Form 1099, Preparation of Form 1042
• You will be receiving training from Tax seniors and Managers for following.
• Analysing US standard tax documents how all the information can be capture for preparation of tax return.
• Preparing checklist for missing information and various Tax payments
• Maintaining client compliance document

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 0-1 years of taxation experience
• Experience working directly with clients and/or global counterparts.
• Experience working in E Filling Tax returns.
