Tax And Compliance Full Time

We are looking for a highly hands-on Taxation & Statutory Compliance professional

with strong E-commerce experience to manage end-to-end indirect and direct tax

compliances in a fast-growing digital business environment. The role will be

responsible for GST (with a strong focus on online sales and marketplace models), TDS,

ESI & PF compliances, reconciliation of high-volume transactions, handling notices and

audits, and driving process control, MIS, and compliance automation. The ideal

candidate will work closely with internal teams, auditors, consultants, and tax

authorities to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant operations across multiple

states.

Job Description

• GST Compliance – E-commerce Focus
• Preparation, review, and filing of monthly/quarterly GST returns including

GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation, GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C

• Handling E-commerce specific GST compliances, including:

○ GST implications under marketplace vs own inventory models

○ TCS under GST (Section 52) computation, reconciliation, and

reporting

• Managing state-wise outward supply tracking and multi-state GST

registrations

• End-to-end ITC reconciliation across GST portal data, books of accounts, and

vendor records

• Responding to GST notices, audits, departmental queries, and coordination

during assessments

• Continuous monitoring and implementation of GST law amendments relevant

to E-commerce and digital businesses

• TDS Compliance (Including E-commerce Transactions)
• Identification and deduction of TDS under applicable sections
• Timely monthly challan payments and quarterly TDS returns filing (Form

24Q, 26Q)

• Issuance of Form 16 and Form 16A
• Reconciliation with TRACES, Form 26AS, and books of accounts
• ESI & PF Compliance
• Calculation and deposit of monthly ESI and PF contributions
• ECR filing, challan generation, and statutory payments
• Managing employee onboarding and exit compliances
• Coordination and support during ESI & PF inspections and audits
• Direct Tax & Statutory Compliance Support
• Assistance in advance tax computations and planning
• Support in company income tax return preparation and filings
• Maintenance of statutory registers, records, and compliance documentation
• Coordination with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory

authorities

• Process Control, MIS & Automation
• Ownership of the statutory compliance calendar to ensure zero delays
• Preparation of periodic MIS and dashboards covering GST, TDS, ESI & PF
• Driving process improvements and automation for reconciliations and

compliance reporting

Must-Have (Mandatory Requirements)

• Hands-on experience in :

○ GST on online sales

○ Marketplace transactions

○ TCS reconciliation under GST

○ Multi-state GST compliances

• Experience handling high-volume transactional data and complex

reconciliations

• Strong practical exposure to compliance-intensive environments

Qualification & Experience

• CA / MBA (Finance)
• Minimum relevant experience in Taxation & Statutory Compliances
• E-commerce or digital business experience is mandatory
• Experience in fast-growing startups, marketplaces, or regulated

environments preferred
