We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Team Lead – Recruitment for our IT Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Domestic IT Staffing, specifically in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring, along with team handling capabilities.

Experience Required:

5+ Years in Domestic IT Staffing

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
• Hands-on experience in C2H Hiring is mandatory
• Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Team handling / mentoring experience preferred
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills
• Ability to work on multiple requirements under tight timelines
• Good understanding of IT technologies and hiring trends

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the recruitment team for IT staffing requirements
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for contract and permanent positions
• Drive delivery for C2H requirements across technologies
• Source candidates through job portals, references, and networking
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients for requirement understanding
• Ensure quality profiles and timely closures
• Track team performance and maintain recruitment metrics
• Mentor recruiters and support team productivity
