Job Summary: As a Pre-Sales Team Leader in the real estate industry, you will lead a team of pre-sales executives and work closely with the sales and marketing departments to drive lead generation, secure commitments from potential buyers and investors, and contribute to the successful pre-sales and marketing efforts of our real estate projects. Your role will involve managing the team’s performance, guiding them through the pre-sales process, and ensuring the team meets their targets and objectives.
Responsibilities
Team Management:
Lead and motivate the pre-sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Provide guidance and support to team members in their day-to-day tasks.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
Identify training needs and organize relevant training sessions for the team.
Pre-Sales Strategy
Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to develop effective pre-sales strategies.
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine pre-sales tactics.
Set ambitious yet achievable pre-sales targets for the team.
Lead Generation
Oversee the team’s lead generation efforts through various channels, such as online marketing, referrals, events, and networking.
Monitor the quality and quantity of leads generated by the team.
Client Engagement
Ensure the team engages effectively with potential buyers and investors.
Assist team members in conducting property tours and presentations to showcase project benefits.
Pre-Sales Process
Guide the team through the pre-sales process, including price negotiations and closing deals.
Review and approve necessary paperwork and documentation.
Sales Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales progress for the team.
Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
Customer Support
Oversee the team’s customer support activities during the pre-sales phase.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Market Research
Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to enhance pre-sales strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven experience in real estate pre-sales or property sales, with some experience in team management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with potential buyers and team members.
Sound knowledge of the local real estate market and market trends.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and secure commitments.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to analyze data and prepare meaningful sales reports.
Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
