Team Lead – QA Full Time

We are seeking a QA Team Lead with 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including at least 2-3 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will combine strong people management skills with hands-on QA expertise and customer-facing tool experience.
Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QA engineers, driving performance and growth.
• Define and execute test strategies (manual & automated).
• Work directly with customer tools to validate product quality.
• Manage performance improvement programs, attrition, and talent retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases.

Requirements

• 8+ years of QA experience, with proven leadership track record.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and customer-facing tools.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and people management skills.
