Role Overview
As a Team Leader – Hotel Operations, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end hotel operations while leading a team to deliver exceptional partner and customer experiences. This role requires a strong hospitality background, combined with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You Will Do
Lead & Build High-Performing Teams
Drive team performance through clear goals, regular feedback, and coaching
Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration
Manage team schedules, productivity, and KPIs
Own Hotel Operations Excellence
Oversee daily hotel booking operations, including reservations, amendments, and issue resolution
Ensure adherence to SLAs, SOPs, and quality benchmarks
Work closely with supply, product, and support teams to streamline processes
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience
Ensure quick and effective resolution of partner/customer queries and escalations
Drive service excellence and continuously improve customer satisfaction scores
Analyze feedback and implement improvements to enhance experience
Drive Problem Solving & Decision Making
Identify operational gaps and proactively implement scalable solutions
Take data-driven decisions in high-pressure situations
Continuously optimize processes for efficiency and accuracy
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a bridge between operations, product, and business teams
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows and partner experience
Ensure Accuracy & Compliance
Monitor booking accuracy, billing, and reconciliation processes
