Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Manager, based in the Pune Division. The Team Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and coordinate a team to achieve organizational goals, and ensure projects are managed efficiently. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, fostering teamwork, and implementing strategies to improve workflow and productivity. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams and ensuring clear communication to meet deadlines and deliver excellence.

• Leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and motivating a team
• Strong organizational and project management abilities to oversee operations and achieve goals
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build relationships
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address challenges and implement solutions
• Knowledge of export processes, supply chain management, and international trade is beneficial
• Proficiency in relevant operational tools, software, or systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the export or trade industry is a plus
