Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Tech Lead – Full Stack Engineering with strong expertise in Java, cloud-native development, and client-facing delivery experience.

In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable SaaS solutions while working closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

You will play a key role in architecture decisions, technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and driving successful project execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, solution design, development, deployment, and support
• Work directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements, define technical scope, and propose scalable solutions
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and implementation plans
• Design and develop scalable microservices and distributed systems
• Build and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js
• Develop modern frontend applications using React or Angular
• Design and implement robust RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
• Drive technical architecture discussions and engineering best practices
• Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, testing, observability, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, DevOps, and customer stakeholders
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and contribute to team growth
• Support cloud infrastructure and containerized deployments in AWS environments

Required Skills & Experience

• Senior / Tech Lead – 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development with strong Java expertise
• Proven experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer role
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
• Frontend development experience with React or Angular
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices
• Hands-on experience with Node.js
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience working in Linux-based environments
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, EC2/ECS
• Experience with authentication and authorization platforms (Auth0, AWS Cognito)
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, or Go
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB or MongoDB
• Knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Experience working in startup or high-growth SaaS environments
• Exposure to supply chain, traceability, or enterprise SaaS platforms
