Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Tech Support – Engineer (Fresher). The role involves providing technical support, performing system troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. The engineer will be collaborating with teams to ensure technical issues are addressed promptly and will help enhance the user experience through outstanding support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify and solve complex problems efficiently.
• Experience or aptitude in Customer Support and Customer Service to engage with clients and provide timely assistance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical teams and users effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and processes.
• Internship or any prior exposure in tech support or related domain would be a plus but not required.
