We are looking for a highly skilled **Technical Delivery Manager** with strong expertise in **AI for SDLC, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)** to lead enterprise transformation programs and drive large-scale delivery excellence.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage AI for SDLC, DevOps, and SRE transformation programs for enterprise clients

* Oversee program planning, execution, budgeting, and financial management

* Drive CI/CD, automation, infrastructure as code, and reliability engineering initiatives

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership

* Monitor KPIs, program risks, and delivery milestones

* Support pre-sales activities, solutioning, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations

* Promote innovation and continuous improvement across delivery functions

### Required Skills:

* Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, CI/CD, Automation, and Agile methodologies

* Expertise in managing large transformation programs

* Experience with stakeholder management and enterprise delivery

* Knowledge of monitoring, incident management, and reliability engineering

* Strong communication and leadership skills

* Experience in pre-sales or solution architecture is highly preferred

### Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

* 15+ years of IT experience with at least 7 years in managerial roles

* PMP, PgMP, ITIL, Agile/Scrum certifications are an added advantage

### Preferred Experience:

* Enterprise DevOps & SRE transformation

* AI integration in Software Development Lifecycle

* Proposal creation and enterprise solution presentations
