Role Description

• Handle outbound and inbound sales calls for international clients

• Communicate effectively with customers from the US and Canada

• Explain services and resolve basic customer queries

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English

• Basic computer knowledge

• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills

• Comfortable with night shift / internatioal timings

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience

0-1 year / Fresher with good communication skill can apply
