Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Advisor | Desktop Support Engineer, located in Bengaluru South. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining and updating systems, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. You will also assist with identifying and resolving customer support queries while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with other teams to ensure effective solutions is an integral part of the role.
