Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Advisor | Desktop Support Engineer, located in Bengaluru South. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining and updating systems, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. You will also assist with identifying and resolving customer support queries while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with other teams to ensure effective solutions is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Technical Support and effective Troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
• Proficiency in delivering high-quality Customer Support to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software solutions; prior experience in technical support roles is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru South
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
