Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer specializing in Hardware Support. The role is based in Bengaluru South. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware-related issues, providing exceptional customer and technical support, and ensuring optimal hardware performance. The role also involves troubleshooting, identifying root causes of problems, and delivering effective resolutions while maintaining clear communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for hardware-related issues
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve technical problems effectively
• Exceptional Customer Support and Customer Service skills to provide a seamless client experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage workloads effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is preferred
• Prior experience in a technical support or similar hardware-focused role is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with hardware systems, troubleshooting tools, and diagnostic techniques is beneficial
