Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer | IT Service Desk Engineer L1.5 to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South. In this role, you will provide first-level technical support to resolve customer issues, perform troubleshooting to diagnose hardware and software issues, and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions. This role requires excellent customer service, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to ensure client satisfaction. You will also contribute to knowledge base creation and assist with optimizing technical support processes.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve technical problems effectively
- Excellent Customer Support and Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries and maintain satisfaction
- Effective communication skills and a commitment to providing timely resolutions
- Relevant certifications or experience in IT support or related fields are a plus
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and processes is advantageous
