Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer L1.5 | Technical Support, based in Bengaluru South. The role involves providing technical support to customers, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include analyzing problems, assisting in resolving customer queries, and ensuring timely resolutions to maintain satisfaction and system functionality.

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve application or system issues efficiently.
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify root causes of problems and develop appropriate solutions.
• Customer Support and Customer Service expertise to adeptly assist users and deliver a positive experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
