The Services Business Unit aim to ensure great customer relationship and maintain tooling serviceability and availability along its lifecycle through several maintenance, technical services, tool park management and continuous support.
////// JOB SHORT DESCRIPTION
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will integrate the Global Services Support (GSS), a transversal team in charge of the transverse activities and projects of the Services Business Unit. Hence, you play a key role in Services Activities growth and development. You will work on cross-functional subjects addressing both technical and business objectives, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and normative requirements. Your mission is to support operational & business needs, contribute to structure, optimize, and document operational processes & flows. You will support the strategic development and new projects and processes implementation of this fast-growing activity.
