Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person communication.
Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and communications.
Assist in maintaining and updating technical documentation.
Work closely with the internal team to identify and resolve recurring issues.
Ensure excellent customer service, responding to queries in a timely manner.
Demonstrate advanced MS Excel expertise to analyse data and support reporting needs.
Display strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service.
Requirements:
Education: Any Graduate (BCA, MCA, BSC preferred)
Skills Required:
Advanced expertise in MS Excel.
Basic knowledge of manual testing is a plus
Excellent communication skills.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
Strong understanding and listening skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Ability to learn new systems and adapt quickly.
Work Schedule:
Shift: Day shift (full time)
Relocation/Commute: Must be able to commute or relocate to the office in Wakad, Pune.
