Technical Support & Website Operations Intern Full Time

Learn and work with Newsportal CMS and Epaper CMS platforms.

Assist clients in content publishing, website management, and CMS configuration.
Understand and help resolve basic technical issues faced by clients.
Learn and work on HTML, CSS, SEO, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
Develop a basic understanding of Domain Management, DNS, Hosting, and Website Operations.
Create and maintain FAQs, User Guides, and Support Documentation.
Review websites for quality, SEO compliance, and technical configurations.
Collaborate with senior team members in customer support, onboarding, and training activities.
Test new CMS features and modules and report findings.
Complete assigned training exercises, practical tasks, and learning projects during the internship.
Research and learn new tools, technologies, and best practices as required.
Communicate professionally with team members and clients while handling assigned tasks.
