Role Description

Technical Trainer to design, deliver, and manage technical training programs aimed at enhancing students’ employability and industry readiness. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, hands-on development experience, and the ability to mentor students in programming, software development, placement preparation, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training on Python, Java, Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), and core IT concepts.
• Develop and update training materials, coding exercises, project assignments, and presentations.
• Train students in technologies such as Programming Fundamentals, Data Structures & Algorithms, Web Development, React JS, Python, FastAPI, SQL, Full Stack Development, APIs, Git/GitHub, Software Testing, AI/ML basics, and emerging technologies.
• Provide real-world implementation exposure through projects, coding assignments, and case studies.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

• Strong programming fundamentals (Java / Python / C++)
• Data Structures & Algorithms
• Frontend Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React JS)
• Backend Development (Python / FastAPI / Node.js preferred)
• Database Management (SQL, MySQL / PostgreSQL)
• REST API Development & Integration
• Git & GitHub
• Debugging & Software Testing Fundamentals
• Basic knowledge of Cloud Deployment
• Awareness of AI tools / Generative AI / Intro ML concepts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of industry experience in a development role.
• Strong expertise in Python and/or Java programming.
• Core knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
• Prior experience in teaching/training technical subjects (Java, Python, DSA, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way.
• Passion for mentoring students and preparing them for placements.
