ABOUT US DialysisOnGo is a first-of-its-kind platform that helps kidney patients who travel find trusted dialysis centres across India — quickly, reliably, and without hassle. We are building a nationwide network of dialysis providers and are looking for a motivated telecaller to help us grow it. THE ROLE You will be our first point of contact with dialysis centres across India. Your job is to call clinics from our database, verify their information, and invite them to join our platform — at zero cost to them. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Call dialysis centres and nephrology clinics from our database across India Verify and update centre details Explain the DialysisOnGo platform and its benefits for patient referrals Convince clinic administrators / owners to enroll on the platform (free registration) Assist in portal registration Handle objections politely and follow up with hesitant centres Also handle patient queries regarding platform and assist them in clinic coordination Escalate complex queries to the core team when needed WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Minimum 1–3 years of telecalling, telesales, or customer outreach experience Prior experience in healthcare, hospital, pharma, or medical services sector preferred Familiarity with basic medical / nephrology terminology (dialysis, haemodialysis, nephrologist, CAPD, etc.) — or eagerness to quickly learn Fluency in English and Hindi is essential Clear, confident, and empathetic communication style Comfortable working independently and managing your own call pipeline Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home Good working knowledge of computers – MS Word and MS Excel/ Google Sheets WHAT WE OFFER Remote work Flexible hours (core calling window: 10 AM – 6 PM, Mon–Sat) Fixed compensation + performance-based incentive for every verified & enrolled clinic Opportunity to grow with an early-stage healthtech startup solving a real patient need Direct access to the founding team — your feedback shapes the product
