Role Description The Tele Performance Intern will support client outreach and engagement through phone-based and digital communication, helping to promote KOYO’s digital marketing services and campaigns. This part-time, hybrid role is based in the Greater Kolkata Area, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks may include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, explaining service offerings, collecting feedback, and updating customer interaction records. The intern will assist in tracking call performance metrics, preparing brief reports, and coordinating with the marketing and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness. The role also involves learning and following communication scripts, maintaining professional and respectful interactions, and contributing ideas to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear phone etiquette skills.
• Basic familiarity with customer service, telecalling, or call center practices is an advantage.
• Ability to use office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and maintain organized records.
• Comfort with learning digital marketing concepts and presenting services to potential clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a hybrid work model in the Greater Kolkata Area.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree/diploma in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and a professional, inclusive attitude toward colleagues and clients.
