We are currently expanding our remote sales operations to support growing demand across industries.

Role Overview

This position involves managing CRM-based outbound communication and sales conversion. The selected candidate will engage with pre-qualified business leads, understand client requirements, and present suitable solutions.

This is a target-oriented role designed for individuals interested in developing a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 80–100 daily interactions (calls and follow-ups) using the CRM platform
• Engage with prospective clients and understand their business requirements
• Present relevant services and solutions in a professional manner
• Convert leads into confirmed clients
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM
• Participate in daily team meetings and performance reviews

Performance Expectations

• Daily Activity: 80–100 calls/interactions with CRM updates
• Minimum Monthly Performance: 8 successful conversions
• Target Range: 12–15 conversions per month
• High Performance Benchmark: 20+ conversions per month

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on performance and experience)
• Incentives: 5% to 15% commission per successful deal
• Earning Potential: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000+ per month based on performance
• Additional incentives for exceeding monthly targets
• Fully remote work environment

Eligibility Criteria

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi (basic English proficiency required)
• Ability to handle client conversations confidently and professionally
• Access to a smartphone or laptop with a stable internet connection
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet daily and monthly targets
• Prior experience in sales/telecalling is preferred; freshers with good communication skills may apply
