Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecom role based in Mohammadi. The Telecom professional will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining telecom infrastructure that supports the company’s energy systems and platforms. Day-to-day tasks may include monitoring network performance, troubleshooting communication issues, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure reliable voice and data connectivity. The role also involves documenting configurations, adhering to safety and compliance standards, and supporting the integration of telecom networks with AI/ML-enabled energy management systems. The candidate will collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure secure, stable, and scalable telecom solutions at project sites and facilities.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in telecommunications networks, including experience with voice, data, and wireless communication systems.
• Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecom equipment such as routers, switches, modems, and related hardware.
• Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve telecom and network connectivity issues in coordination with internal teams and external service providers.
• Familiarity with network security principles, basic IP networking concepts, and industry standards relevant to telecom infrastructure.
• Understanding of how telecom systems interface with industrial or energy-related control systems is an advantage.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a systematic approach to documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in Mohammadi, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and follow health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies, especially those related to smart, AI/ML-assisted energy platforms and remote monitoring systems.
