Job Title: Tender Executive (2-3 Years’ Experience)

Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Salary Budget :- 30,000 – 45,000 Per Month

Note :- Apply Only If you belongs from Delhi, NCR region and must be having Tender Experience of Railway and DMRC Projects also must be having minimum 2-3 years of experience in Tendering and must have the complete knowledge of the documentation and the portals.

About the Role

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Tender Executive who will be responsible for managing the complete tendering lifecycle for government and private sector projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in bid preparation, documentation, and e-tendering platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end tendering activities from identification to final submission.
• Search and track relevant tenders via GeM Portal, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals.
• Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope, and requirements.
• Prepare and submit technical bids, commercial bids, BOQs, and compliance documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and pricing inputs.
• Ensure timely and error-free submission of tenders.
• Maintain proper records, documentation, and MIS reports.
• Manage vendor registrations, EMDs, and bank guarantees.
• Follow up on tender status, clarifications, and results.
• Assist in negotiations and contract finalization.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in tendering / bid management.
• Strong knowledge of government tendering processes and portals (GeM, CPPP, etc.).
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Infrastructure / EPC / Real Estate / Government Projects.
• Knowledge of costing, estimation, and pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with legal and compliance aspects of tenders.
