We are looking for a high-energy Territory head to lead our Supply chain finance segment in Moradabad! If you have a proven track record in Distribution Management, Channel Management, team handling, Primary market, or Working capital, OD, CC , we want to talk to you.
What you’ll do:
* Drive sales and growth across the Agra territory for our Supply chain finance portfolio.
* Mentor and manage a high-performing team to exceed targets.
* Leverage your local market knowledge to expand our footprint in nearby regions.
*Distributor Management- Sourcing and Appointment of Distributor as and when required Motivating and Coaching the Distributor and Sales Team.
What we’re looking for:
* Solid experience in Channel and Dealer Management, Distribution Management segments.
* Previous experience in Team Management is a must.
* Deep geographical understanding and working knowledge of Moradabad and surrounding areas.
* A result-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
Salary Budget:- Up to 12 LPA.
