Job Title: Territory Sales Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Must have experience in project sales (Paints/Building Materials) in Ahmedabad is required
Budget: Up to 6.5 LPA, depending on experience
Key Responsibility:
– Identify and develop new business opportunities in the builder and project segment
– Establish strong relationships with builders, developers, contractors, architects, and consultants
– Generate project enquiries and convert them into orders
– Conduct product presentations and technical discussions at project sites
– Coordinate with internal technical and supply chain teams for smooth execution
– Track upcoming residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
– Negotiate pricing and finalise contracts as per company guidelines
– Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups
– Monitor competitor activity in project specifications
– Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
– Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
– 2–5 years of experience in project sales in the paints/building material industry
– Strong network with builders and contractors in Ahmedabad
– Experience in handling institutional or B2B sales
– Good technical understanding of construction materials
