Own end-to-end test delivery for device and hardware programs at the client site
Act as the primary QA SPOC for client stakeholders
Define and execute test strategy, test plans, and test schedules for device-based programs
Perform and oversee hands-on testing of: Laptops and system hardware, Peripherals such as keyboards, mic, docking stations, monitors, laptops, scanners, webcams,pen etc.
Drive OS, driver, patch testing, primarily on Windows
Manage functional, regression, compatibility testing on physical devices
Own test lab setup, device inventory, configurations, and environment readiness at client location
Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis, and closure with engineering, firmware, and hardware teams
Provide quality sign-off and go/no-go recommendations for releases and rollouts
Track and report test status, risks, defects, and quality metrics to client leadership
Handle client escalations with clarity, ownership, and resolution focus
Mentor and guide onsite QA engineers while remaining actively hands-on
Ensure adherence to client processes, security, and compliance requirements
