Job Title: Timesheet Lead
Location: Ahmedabad
Shift Timing: Night Shift
Experience: Min. 3+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Timesheet Submission and Monitoring to ensure employees or contractors submit their timesheets on time.
- Validate that timesheets reflect accurate working hours, overtime, and project-based work, adhering to company policies.
- Address and resolve discrepancies in timesheets and payroll data.
- Work closely with the payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate payments.
- Prior experience in US Timesheet is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work and meet the tight deadlines.
- Must be well-versed with MS Office.
Working days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
