Designation: Team Lead – Account Manager (Paid Media – Google / Meta)

Location: Quest Coworks, Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai

Days of Working: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Team Lead – Account Manager (Paid Media – Google / Meta) to lead and manage paid media accounts across Google and Meta platforms while mentoring a team of account managers and specialists.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in campaign strategy, account management, client handling, team leadership, and performance optimization. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage paid media accounts across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Handle end-to-end account management for assigned brands and clients.
• Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with business objectives and growth goals.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversions, and overall account performance.
• Lead campaign planning, execution, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
• Coordinate with internal teams including creative, content, design, analytics, and operations for seamless campaign execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, review meetings, and strategic discussions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, and performance presentations for clients and leadership.
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend optimization strategies based on campaign insights.
• Manage and mentor a team of account managers and media specialists to drive performance and team development.
• Resolve client escalations effectively and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize spending to maximize returns.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with campaign setup, optimization, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of paid media metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• 5–6 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, digital marketing, or agency operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
• Google Ads and Meta certifications preferred.
• Prior experience in digital marketing agencies or performance marketing teams.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and attribution models will be an added advantage.
• Experience managing teams and client portfolios at scale will be an added advantage.
