Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Tour Executive to join our travel team. The candidate will be responsible for creating customized travel itineraries, handling visa documentation, and managing client relationships to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare customized domestic and international travel itineraries based on client requirements
• Handle end-to-end visa documentation and assist clients with the visa application process
• Communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, budget, and expectations
• Provide accurate travel information including destinations, hotels, flights, and activities
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport providers for bookings and confirmations
• Handle client queries, follow-ups, and provide timely support before and during travel
• Maintain records of bookings, payments, and client details
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
