Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a TPA (Third-Party Administrator) Manager located in Sonipat, Haryana. The TPA Manager will handle and oversee the end-to-end process of insurance claims, including liaising with insurance companies, verifying policy details, and ensuring accurate documentation. They will work closely with the hospital’s administrative and medical teams to ensure the smooth execution of cashless treatments and claim settlements, while addressing patient or family members’ queries related to insurance coverage. The role also involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with insurance guidelines and providing regular updates on claim statuses.
Qualifications
- Experience in TPA operations, insurance claim management, and cashless hospitalization processes including Govt. Panels
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in a team is preferred
- Strong documentation, verification, and process compliance skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in administrative and record-keeping tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively with medical and administrative teams
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, insurance guidelines, and regulations
