Responsibilities:
Plan and execute BTL marketing activities such as exhibitions, site branding, and
promotional campaigns
Handle vendor coordination for fabrication, printing, events, and branding materials
Ensure timely execution of branding activities including hoardings, shop boards,
display units, and POS materials
Manage end-to-end event execution including logistics, setup, and on-ground
supervision
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, procurement) for smooth execution
Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide reports on ROI and its impact.
Maintain quality control and cost efficiency in all marketi ng activities
Identify new opportunities for brand promotion and visibility enhancement
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or related field
(MBA preferred)
Strong experience in BTL marketing & on-ground activations
Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
Good understanding of branding and promotional materials
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design tools is a plus
Proven experience in activation or operations management, preferably in the FMCG
industry.
