Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Traffic Manager role based at Odisha and Chatisgarh the Traffic Manager will Hire and monitor daily vehicle movements to ensure timely pickups and deliveries across assigned routes and corridors. This role involves coordinating with Vendors, fleet supervisors, and vendors to hire vehicles on trip bases and monthly fixed basis.
Qualifications
- Strong transport and logistics operations skills, including Vendors management and vehicles hiring
- Proficiency in coordination and communication with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to manage daily traffic operations.
- Ability to Negotiate with vendors properly.
- Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities to handle delays, route deviations, and on-ground challenges.
- Relevant experience in road transport, trucking, or logistics operations; experience in FTL or industrial sectors such as cement, coal, or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
