Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP
• Record and verify sales, purchases, expenses, journal entries, and vouchers
• Handle bank reconciliations, cash book, and ledger scrutiny
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups
• Assist in GST compliance (data preparation, returns support, reconciliations)
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, bills, and statutory documents
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in accounting roles
• Quality Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and invoicing
• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic V-Look up formula knowledge preferred)
• Ability to prepare sales/purchase entries and expense booking
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
