We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented Trainee Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. Candidates with a BBA or MBA who are passionate about HR and recruitment and comfortable working in US shifts are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Understand client job requirements and support the recruitment team
- Build strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- BBA or MBA qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR processes is a plus
- Comfortable working in US shift timings
- Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment/staffing industry
Preferred
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Immediate joiners are preferred
