Roles & Responsibilities-

· Work closely with the Research Team on ongoing projects and assignments.

· Coordinate with the research team for scheduling and managing:

§ IDIs (In-Depth Interviews)

§ FGDs (Focus Group Discussions)

· Assist in preparing research materials, presentations, and project documentation.

· Coordinate and manage client calls, meetings, debrief sessions, and follow-ups.

· Support the team in data collection, data management, and report preparation.

Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (24*7) [Cabs will be provided].

Working days: 5 days working (Sat, Sun off)

Competencies Required:

1. Must have excellent oral communication skills.

2. A positive and high patience level.

3. Solution-oriented approach.

4. Must open for rotational shifts.

Salary :

• Package will be 4 to 5 LPA CTC P.A
• + Leave Benefits + Gratuity + Mediclaim Insurance.
• (Rs. 18,000/- will be stipend amount for first six months and then Rs. 4 CTC after confirmation)
• *There will be 1.6 year of bond that needs to be signed by the selected candidates.
