Training Coordinator – Restaurant Operations Full Time

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Training Coordinator to manage and execute training programs across our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new hires, improving staff performance, and ensuring consistent service standards across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct training sessions for new and existing restaurant staff
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and manuals for kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Ensure all employees are trained on service standards, hygiene, and company policies
• Monitor employee performance and identify training needs
• Conduct refresher training programs and skill development sessions
• Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports
• Work closely with restaurant managers to improve team productivity
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI guidelines)
• Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in training or operations (preferably in restaurant/hospitality industry)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of restaurant operations (kitchen + service)
• Ability to train and motivate staff at all levels
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic MS Office

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in multi-outlet restaurant chains
• Knowledge of food safety standards and SOP creation
• Leadership and team management ability
