Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Training Coordinator who will be responsible for training internal teams and clients on product knowledge, usage, and best practices. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and the capability to simplify and explain products effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for employees, clients, and field staff
• Provide detailed product training, demonstrations, and usage guidelines
• Develop training materials, presentations, and manuals
• Ensure trainees understand product features, benefits, and applications
• Assess training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for training schedules
• Stay updated with product developments and industry trends
• Maintain training records and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• 2–3 years of experience in training, coordination, or similar roles
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
• Ability to explain technical/product information in a simple way
• Confident personality with good public speaking skills

Preferred Profile
