We’re Hiring: Transaction Coordinator (Part‑Time | Remote – India)

We’re a growing US residential real estate operations business and are looking for a Part‑Time Transaction Coordinator to support a small number of active transactions.

This is an execution‑focused, SOP‑driven role — ideal for someone who enjoys organization, checklists, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Location

Remote (India)
Preference: Dehradun / Uttarakhand

Time Commitment

• Part‑time (10–20 hours/week)
• US time zone overlap required (IST evening hours)

What You’ll Do

• Set up buyer‑side and listing‑side transaction files
• Upload executed contracts and documents into the CRM
• Track key dates and checklists from contract to close
• Request missing documents using approved templates
• Send status updates (admin only)
• Prepare closing packets for review

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in US real estate admin / transaction coordination
• Comfortable working with SOPs and checklists
• Strong written English
• Detail‑oriented and dependable
• Prior experience with SkySlope, Dotloop, or similar tools is a plus

Compensation

• ₹4,000 – ₹6,000 INR per transaction, depending on experience, Opportunity to move to full‑time as volume grows.
